Website terms
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them.
Arrivo is not yet available
Arrivo is a pre-launch company and is not a bank. No accounts, cards, credit or money transfers are offered today. Everything this site describes, including products, prices, partners, timelines and security measures, is our plan. Plans can change, and launch depends on partner agreements and regulatory requirements.
No financial advice
Information on this site is general and for information only. It isn’t financial, legal or tax advice. Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be offered an account or credit, and any future credit will be subject to approval.
Targets and forward-looking statements
Figures such as transfer costs, milestones and customer numbers are targets, not promises. Third-party statistics are cited with their sources.
Not an offer of securities
Information about our seed round is for general information only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any securities. Any investment will be made only through definitive documents and in line with applicable securities laws.
Our content
The Arrivo name, logo and site content belong to Arrivo. Please don’t copy them without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.
Liability
This site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Arrivo isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
